I did not bother finishing it, maybe there was useful stuff in it but this site will be much more helpful.There are some real estate books I think have a place next to Biggerpockets, personally I read The Millionaire Real Estate Investor (Gary Keller) twice, but this is not one of them.Keep in mind I am actively shopping for my first multifamily, meaning as soon as I find the right one I am buying, and do not currently own properties, so maybe there was something which would have been helpful I missed, but I think reading the forums and blogs here + your local REI will be much more efficient, with the added bonus of feedback.

I heard there is new rule for bonus depreciation this year, but I am still looking for more information about it myself.  

@Marvin Lara I am all about learning, I'm also loving how active everyone is and how people reach out to one another I feel it's a bonus on top of all the materials.

Ironically, I've also thought about opening up a gym (of the same franchise) so this is a double bonus for me to house the exact one. 

There is a bonus building on the property that was used as a detached garage, that we will be converting into a duplex-specific laundry/storage room.

It's better to use the bonus depreciation for the auto that has both personal vs business use. 

Oh, and a bonus: With only one more class to go, I can test for a Real Estate License.

When I went to the bonus content page where all the video interviews are lined up I clicked on "Download the MP3 hoping to download it to iTunes so I can watch it when I'm out on my iPad or iPhone But it just goes to a blank screen and begins to play it like an audio file (no picture).

Also, as a bonus question, how do you find out exactly where a property is if all you have is a legal description?
