I am purchasing a place that used to be an assisted living facility.

Beaches took a lot of damage but it will mean a full make over and it will be better than new.One thing for sure is even though we had a bad storm we will continue to top growth rates and tourism has never been as strong since COVID.

I was thinking I'd buy an acre of land that has city electricy and water available, and pay that off so that it can be used for collateral one house at a time.

There might be some exceptions when it comes to oceanfront land, where you might only be able to lease but that's the exception rather than the rule.

I am open to managing the group home myself or renting it to someone with a group home business.Any info on where to get started would be appreciated.

I love hosting but some days it can be so frustrating. 

They are both healthy and don't appear to be doing any damage to the house other than maybe dropping leaves and twigs every now and then.  

We don't know the specifics between the client and the realtor, but you seem to be one that jumps on the all realtors suck bandwagon, in addition to the outwardly prejudice one.If you read the original post again, there is nothing in there in any way to say that the realtor did not do their job.You should be banned from the site for your prejudice as well.
