This might be too much of a time killer for most investors so I guess you can hire it out if you want.I have contacted the owners of convenience stores that were on corner lots of busy intersections and said "Hey I'll mow or have your lawn mowed all summer long if you let me put one of my signs out there" you'd be amazed at the response.You can do this for any property too.

Amazingly, the guy texts me and doesn't understand why he was fired.

It is so amazingly simple.

And that is EXACTLY right... but look at it this way.If you have a handful of properties, for example you came across them driving and they looked like REALLY amazing potentials, Yes, send a very personal (this doesn't necessarily mean hand written) letter to them.That is totally fine. definitely do that.BUT... other than that .. you are NOT supposed to  find your leads.

It works amazingly well, and it is how we get there first.Knocking on doors (aka "driving for dollars") is an outdated way of doing this nowadays.

Whether you get a SFH or a small 2-4 unit, having your mortgage subsidized by other people paying rent is an amazing way to produce more wealth earlier in your life.
