if you are not familiar with rentals, do a lot of research there is a 30% to 50% difference in 10 blocks in the zip codes 33127, 33142, 33135 33147Allapattah, little Havanna, little River east I95 or west 95  (two blocks apart).Have an investor just bought 8 duplexes 33142 and 3347  most of them 2/1, we manage the properties.
