I signed my closing docs Thursday and instructed the mobile notary to pick up flowers and take them to her hospital room when she is supposed to sign Friday(next day) BAD NEWS!

On market on a Friday, under contract Saturday morning.

I recently bought a four plex in Fountain Square to hold, and last friday closed on SFH to flip in Franklin Township.

I recommend Friday afternoons, as the city is closed so they won't take them down until Monday morning.The best thing i find though, is door knocking.
