keep in mind that the tenants were sharing the laundry room, one owned the washer, the other owned the drier and the washer was connected to one of the tenants electricity and the drier was connected to the other tenants gas the other tenant did not leave but the drier is no longer there and i wish to just get rid of the hookups altogether.
