Hello everyone, just a gentle reminder that webinar starts at usually 5pm 'Pacific time' I know this could be minor but a lot of people miss this.

Some are national and a ton of them are regional banks.  

Small local or regional banks are your best bet.  

I am new to the business and plan to become an expert in Fairfirld County (even though @Rick Santasiere wont touch it) region because that is where I am and know the most about.

Our portfolio lender from a small regional bank ended up stepping in and providing financing.  

I would like to connect with other real estate investors in the Ontario Region that provide advice or guidance on Real Estate rental property investment and of how to get access to various financing in Canada.

ICSC does have regional meetings as well, like once a year, not sure if they have one in your area.  

@Dan Krupa - I have only ever looked at deals in the Puget Sound region, so I can't really make any sort of comparison to how easy it is via-a-vis other metropolitan areas around the country.Keep in mind that I come at this from a cash-flow, long-term perspective.Deals in Tacoma are several orders of magnitude easier to find than in Seattle where I live.
