I feel like people lean more towards the possible cash flow and turn a blind eye to the risks and reality of owning a D property (not saying this one was) when it is 1,000 miles away and they only have to take phone calls from a third party about any issues. 

I primarily focus on house hacking with a huge focus on multi family deals.  

With the market the way it is, high Interest Rates, and multi-family deals getting sold as soon as it comes on market, I'm lost!

My dad owns a condo in Aurora where he has a having a bunch of issues with the tenant. 

I’m thinking it wouldn’t be worth the trouble as I don’t foresee having any issues finding another qualified tenant.
