Do a simple, but high-end-looking flyer, which includes what the monthly payment will be (based on certain assumptions, shown....) and take it to restaurant and store owners - they know a ton of people.

I think with that property I can cashflow for more than 1k per month based on its location (Walking distance to the village, restaurants,) Could even walk to Cranmore if you wanted.
