Determination and perseverance prevailed, fortunately, and during the ride up on the other side my business grew far larger than I ever would have imagined...which wouldn’t have happened without the pain...

And at the end, when we finally closed the loan after a very painful process, the consumer / borrower / investor typically did not like me, they thought "I" ripped them off (nope, that's where the market is for these loans), they think "we" were too slow (nope, our internal turntime was same business day, then it sits in a queue for an eternity), et cetera.

I want to become an expert in analysis of larger deals as we are steadily increasing our single family unit count and coming to understand the blinding management pain that comes with having singles all over the place (ha).

This I hope will allow me quit my day job and work as an owner of my own physical therapy clinics where I may franchise in order to protect myself from automation and give back to the community in ways of health and wellness, education, and chronic pain treatment.
