You’ll probably find advertisements for them in Marketplace.If you don't want to do that, than consider investing in training.

Just easier to hire around here for anything important and pay a little more to not have the communication problems and drawn out training process.   

You might want to get an appraisal from a licensed appraiser familiar with the area.Or does the subject property have things wrong with it that are high ticket items.

My pros: I have good credit (740+, no delinquencies, long credit history), combined income with me and husband including our jobs and real estate income ~90k/yr (for now. will be increasing in 1-2 years once i'm done with my current training).
