Final walk through is tomorrow. 

We plan on calling lawyers tomorrow, but does anyone have any legal advice for us?

It seems like the kids want to cash out these places and move on.I'm going to call the broker tomorrow and get a better sense of the situation, what the sellers ultimately want, and let him know my intentions.

Unfortunately, there is no proof that it was the former tenant.Our current tenant notified the police, we plan to get a copy of the police report and we will replace the window first thing tomorrow.

Either way, special purpose building, they’re not going to rent out tomorrow to a law office or dental practice… Get a contact who will pull title for you, check the last date and the amount of the most recent financial transaction there was on the property.

And that the conditions contributing to this cooling or as some would say return to normal are FAR different than the last real estate crash...but the market could crash tomorrow and my opinion could be wrong.

Do not overpay today or you will pay for it tomorrow.

Some further details:- I'm going to view this property again tomorrow with my RE agent, just to get her advice (she is also a good friend and doesn't mind helping me out here).

@John CarboneThanks- I would not put it in same category as Uber though as Uber is a zombie company and will most likely go under just like we work.Issue with Uber is they were losing money like no tomorrow and we’re propped up by investors.
