I’m in Reading PA.

I've read a few books and I have the basic education down, but I'd like to get my feet wet with REI.

Thanks in advance for your feedback and taking the time to read my wall of text.

Anyway, I have read much about the 1% "Rule", but there just doesn't seem to be any houses that could qualify for that due to the prices.

I currently gross around $120K per year and plan to maintain this income through the first many years of my REI journey.So far: I’m educating myself on the process of REI by reading books, following the forums, attending webinars, etc.

I am currently learning as much as I can about REI and spending 4-6 hours a day reading, listening and watching, along with occasionally evaluating properties. 

., I too have read several of the PA court's decisions, and understand that they may interpret 'last month's rent' as a form of 'security deposit'.

To find out what data is available from public records you can a) ask various vendors like the one's you mentioned, or b) go pull some mortgage or deed of trust documents in the area you are interested in, read them and see for yourself what they offer.

Or maybe I read it wrong .
