Beginning wholesaler looking to talk to attorney to find out how to legally wholesale properties in Michigan.

I'm putting together an email that I'm going to send to some Realtors that I know personally and see if they are game...I thought I read a blog on here once where the writer had an email that they used to send to realtors w/ a link but I recall the link being dead...anybody know the article I'm talking about...

Talk to a real estate lawyer in your state about what you can and can't do..   

@Ross Ellington,Talk to your accountant to verify that the interest on your home loan as well as the property taxes are deductible.

I have not talked to an attorney but I plan to use one to have a contract drawn up.

I am extremely interested in talking with him about possible seller financing or other options that might benefit us both. 

If you intend to live there for 10-20 years, it makes sens to buy over renting in most of the cases.Also I would talk to a lender to see how the primary residence will affect your ability to borrow later when you decide to buy investment properties.

The only issue is that most hard money lenders I talk to won't fund a house for less than 100k.
