The solution is not abstinence but finding the right method.

It is hard to provide this type of consulting service in a forum because it does take a fairly in-depth analysis of your situation to suggest solutions.

That is the number 1 solution to today's situation.

This, of course, will be a last straw effort as it will likely make them even worse neighbors.The other possible solution is to offer to "fix" their driveway for them as there is some reason that they want to use yours.

Obviously, getting rid of the Constitution would make it a lot easier for the government to provide "security," but I don't think that's the solution...

Or just flag waving bunch with no real solution...

i'm 23, and look 16 so i tell tenants i manage the properties for my big bad boss...they dont' wanna rent form some punk kid half their age...a simple google search will pull my posts on bigger pockets though...it's too late to change my name on here...any solutions??

I run into the same problem all the time and have passed up great deals, the best solution seems to be private money.

This wouldve been my first deal period and i definitely didnt wanna waste the seller's time trying to "get my feet wet" when he needs a solution.
