Just a thought.The infill is very expensive, stainless oxygen supply lines, lead walls for x-ray, etc. depending on who is in there.

On the Addendum, you might make it clear by adding "Buyer waives all financing contingencies, including appraisal".Adding that on future contracts will make your offer look much stronger, but you better have the loan lined up.

My guys probably should have used a little stronger shellac based product, and they should have wiped the ceiling down with a cleaning product like TSP prior to the first coat......We just ended up hanging new sheetrock on all the ceilings.
