its good to educate yourself, but don't just sit on the sidelines waiting until you figure everything out.speculating is not an investment strategey, its just taking an uneducated approach, "i hear all the good news now its time for me to jump in.". you can't speculate and i think the poster knows better than that as well as all the views of this thread.

Maybe not every month, but as you've figured out, bad things will happen occasionally that will eat a lot of money.Over the last few years, lots of people bought property and rented it.
