IMO,  there's nothing worse than struggling to achieve X and when you get there, you find yourself ALL ALONE.RE is work, Marriage is work(I have evidence after 50yrs) - - find something that draws you together rather than keeps you apart working on individual projects.

That has proved false, so maybe now I'm just struggling against a sunk-cost fallacy, even though the cost has just been paying the inspector.

The assignments appear to be clear and transparent and the asking price is <40% of the UPB -- they appear to have begun struggling on the payments late last year and early this year, probably due to the divorce proceedings and legal issues -- at present it seems pretty good on paper but this is my first deal so I'm hoping I'm not missing anything.
