On the flip side, if at 210 you're priced in the clouds then perhaps you may not move it as quickly as you like and could get beat up on price.Great job on the podcast too- I wish I had my head on as straight as you when I left college!

Another question for you those of you who use app folio is it worth the extra cost over a building in or cozy I've done just some research as I'm really busy and manage about 30 units some SFR and some apartments is app folio worth extra payment for peace of mind or four usability I'm just trying to get this stuff straight before I go with a whole new system right now it's just a big **** up some paid cash others pay direct posit etc. because some are real low income and others are nice single-family houses.

I've read Rich Dad as well...and it was good...but I'd just go straight to 10X Rule for mindset/motivation while studying your terms/concepts & networking so you can quickly turn all that motivation into action.
