Larry K. Foreclosures being sold for $100 to the plaintiff...What does this mean?

@John McAllister  Many of our foreclosures “sell to the bank for $100”, the reason is.....the bank announces/reveals the price they will bid up to (their max bid bid price, the minimum price they will let it go for).

Basically, my impression so far is that property management isn't rocket science but whenever you're dealing with a variety of people it does take some skill to keep everyone happy, its much more a job that requires getting a list of jobs done each month and doing them correctly, as well as a business where I'd want to hire some people who are good at detail work, as there would be a lot of paperwork and recordkeeping involved and that's got to be well organized and someone needs to make sure that all of the various details are covered 100%.

They cause an additional hassel and the liability protect can be brought about with proper management and appropriate insurance policies.In the time being, I would recommend getting together with an insurance broker to get a wide variety of quotes from companies that prefer to be in this business and price accordingly.

@Bill Morris  here in Michigan the agreement is supposed to be signed before you reveal confidential information but I've never seen it with a date that long.
