It is really appealing to most everyone.

There will be some rose bushes, hedges for curb appeal.  

Lots of potential for curb appeal!

However, now that i am expanding my rehab business i want a separate LLC for those projects but i don't want multiple credit cards (multiple checking accounts might ultimately be required) hence why the idea of a master/operating LLC sounds appealing.  

We're open to anything profitable (and ethical) but thus far haven't found anything that beats the appeal of buy-and-hold.

And at least in my area, if I were willing, I could offer $500 to someone to move out and some people would indeed find that appealing.

The numbers Sean put together don't look appealing but you honestly need to find out more info.

Universal design is something to look into if you are building new units, as that way they will appeal to both people with disabilities and people without, or as I like to say... those who are temporarily able bodied.The person with the disability will be the one who knows best which type of property would best match their needs.

I'm looking at buying a Fourplex, and  saw a property that looked very appealing at first but when I contacted the agent and saw all the maintenance fees I don't see how I could turn a profit on it.
