However, we do charge for appliance rental ($25 a month) we also, charge the tenants for damage they caused (broken windows, hole in the wall etc) but we do offer the repairs at a discounted rate if they call us to schedule the repairs instead of a third party company.

The toilet works ok, but it is leaking from the tank, apparently through the two bolt holes that secure the tank to the bottom part.

I REALLY want to be able to start flipping as soon as I'm able to but as of now I have to live wherever I purchase and the only flippable houses in my grasp are ********s in two categories: death traps or cat piss hole in the grounds.

We are also seeing this in Charleston SC... some of my homes I have built there have gone up a whopping 100k from just 18 months ago.. same square footage.. so just trying to drag them through the knot hole and turn that runnup into CASH...
