They very hard to wholesale and even harder to actually get a better deal via a wholesaler (banks don't cut prices much off the listing price and fees from the wholesaler will eat up any savings.)Please note that any sort of ad, including actual requests for properties and mentors, need to go in the Marketplace forum.
