I have been listening to bigger pockets podcasts and have read a few books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Tax Free Wealth, and The House Hacking Strategy.

I have been listening to the BP podcast quite a bit as of late and am hustling to increase my knowledge of this exciting world.I am very interested in multi-family units, as well as smaller commercial properties.

A few months ago I read a few of the BiggerPocket books, listened to many podcasts, and even started to obsess about buying a mobile home park but now with the pregnancy I fell back into “safe zone” mentality of buying a primary residence and making smaller moves.
