The guys I had hired to clean out the apartment then took these items to 'who knows where'.Said tenant has now sent me an informal letter stating that he has gotten back on his feet after a divorce and now has the means to properly and legally sue me for improper eviction proceedings and theft of his personal property. he states he has spoken to several neighbors who will attest to the fact that his property was loaded into a truck and stolen. he also states that he documented with witnesses several calls he made to me asking where his things were and if there were any storage fees involved.

If you do this you may want to get an attorney of her choice involved and an appraisal on the property as you do not want someone coming back on you for equity stripping or taking advantage of someone "old and in distress"

Check with several agents til you start to develope a consensus and a feel for the area.Don't rush and don't get emotionally involved in the transaction.

Or, “So, what do you do all day”… Or, “It must be nice getting those big checks”… funny the things they perceive to be what is involved…They don’t see me writing fat checks all the time to make things go, or spend nights and weekends working, firing contractors, all of the things it takes to be successful.

Most of them try to sell ther packages by making people believe that they can become multi-millionaires in a very short time period without doing any work at all.So now that you've figured out that it is a lie and that actually there is a great deal of time and work involved in real estate, stop trying to get your millions without working and get to work and put some time and effort in.I don't think real estate is hard.

I love moderated forums as you can really get good info and not just adds and spam and trolls.I am a commercial lender that is very much involved with a downtown revitalization project and am looking forward to swapping ideas and thoughts with others in the "biz".
