While overall sales are down, Macy's is seeing positive results in its targeted investment stores, which are outperforming the broader chain.The demand for Macy's real estate could signal opportunities for other struggling department store chains.

I initially was going to do a commercial loan and purchase my next house as an actual investment property, but financially it made a lot more sense for me to move into it and put a lot less money down upfront and have a lower interest rate.

This way instead of selling, paying taxes, you can borrow against it and invest again.

I am based in Denton TX, and I am looking into out of state investing.

You will need a great set of contractors, a good realtor who understands investments and a really investment friendly mortgage broker.

I am new to real estate investing and was looking into taking a heloc on my primary to purchase land and do a construction loan.

My real estate agent there says he isn’t concerned with the permit situation in Rome and he invests there himself and manages quite a few of them for other clients as well but I’m not as confident in the government there as he is.
