What tools/sites can i use to assess what the interior will cost me?

Alternatively, you can scour the internet and find yourself some contracts that others have used and then modify them to your needs.

Actually i am looking to stay in the carpentry side i am thinking about doing it all myself aside from subs for electrical plumbing and site work. i dont know if thats the way to go or not but as of right now that is what i am hoping to do buy fix and sell
