Motivated are we??

The sellers aren't motivated enough for the kind of deal you want to make.

That may help motivate the remaining tenants to play nice together.

Because I just learned a hard lesson that now has MOTIVATED me even more.  

That may mean properties that need some work, that need new tenants, increased rents, or even finding new creative ways of increasing cash flow i.e. adding laundry machines, charging for storage space, vending machines etc.If you are looking for a turn key rental property it's going to be difficult to find things at a discount unless you can find a motivated landlord.Finding good deals is going to be difficult on the MLS you need to try other strategies...i.e. driving for dollars, direct mail, networking, searching the eviction records, auctions, etc.

My Grandfather is probably my best motivator.  

A borrower can not create a sale nor does the borrower have any influence on the sale as they do not own the note to sell.  

This is where I am so far but I can say that I am highly motivated and ready to put work in to achieve what I believe is very important to me and that's Financial Freedom!

That 95k list price was garbage to get people motivated in bidding.
