thanks for the tips, yea I think even in a 4bed I think ill still end up having to pay for part of the mortgage while I'm there but I think after it could possibly pay for itself and theoretically rents would go up as well which should help but technically taxes will also go up (good old texas).

I'm currently renovating the property and my intention is to AirBNB it however I am concerned about the STR ordinance requiring the owner to be a primary resident considering I do not have a Georgia state ID.
