I know that NJ has a standard residential lease agreement that can be found online, downloaded and tweaked.

Not sure if these forms are only available as downloads for "pro" membership.... but I'm pretty sure you can purchase state-specific lease agreements from BP.

@Ali NurmohamedThere are many boilerplate leases on the internet that you can download; however, I would suggest you have the final lease you plan to use reviewed by an attorney (preferably the attorney that will be handling your evictions).

I also use PA E-Docket App that can be downloaded on your phone.

The best way to search for them is if you have a smart phone or tablet download the app Realtor.com and set up a search for multifamily homes.

You should go to the City website and download the rules. 

I also looked into Rentredi which I could switch to at some point but the reason I didn't go with it is because perspective tenants needs to download an app to fill out the application.

Of course, a lender / title company will need one, and thats possibly the only situation to just download a generic doc.Good luck.
