This bracket is evaluated on the basis of a general expertise of the quality of the building: Ages, condition, infrastructure, maintenance, etc..

Hi @Deonte Singleton I would definitely recommend figuring out what tasks are taking up a lot of your time, assess the level of expertise it may require to complete and outsource based on that.

Would really appreciate some expertise from someone who knows more or has experience with these types of homes.

They have way more expertise in being landlords and i will be asking for their help when i run into issues since i know they have been there done that.

I have a good head on my shoulders, but I am looking for that extra piece of expertise to get me in full go.

Second, Investing in properties or notes takes time and expertise in evaluating, negotiating, vetting, servicing, managing the investments, while putting money in a bank account takes almost no time or expertise.  

Rent to own is no my field of expertise. 

Coming from a completely different area of expertise, it's hard to forget what I know and learn something new, but I'm certainly trying :) 

He is an expert on commercial and may have some expertise on large MF as well.
