I work with many investors here on the coast with multiple strategies(long term rentals, short term rentals, flips, Brrrr deals).

At this time we are going to take title as individuals as one of the units with be owner-occupied by my sister.

Then when that paint wears out you'll have to pay for it again, and again and again et cetera.

My goal is to get good cash flow and  possibly flip short term to cash out.

From the day it goes on, it's wearing out and decaying.

I just purchased my first investment property in Fletcher, NC (about 20 min outside Asheville) which I plan to use as a short term rental.

I dont think it's fair that we are being held liable for something we had no hand in contributing to”Am I legally responsible to return anything 9 months after he moved out??
