Also, you can evict tenants for non payment and failure to abide by the lease at ANY TIME and judges are typically responsive to that.

@Rene R.Perhaps the question(s) is why do you consider they are "bad tenants", failure to pay rent on time, multiple request(s) for services, high maintenance tenants, or something else?

But also, these folks have beliefs that are just as strongly held as yours and it's just not worth it to me to try to budge them.Instead, do what you know is best for yourself, let your family know about your successes (and your failures, if you want) and continue to move down your path.
