The original hardwood floors are in great condition, the windows are only a few years old, etc Everything is fine except the wood paneling walls and that off yellow appliance line that was before my time :) The land lord took exceptional care of the building and she takes great care of the unit.Anyways I will speak with her and see what we can work out.
