@Steven Wilson Yes the goal isn’t to make a killing on cash flow but to have steady cash flow, solid appreciation, with less maintenance and generally less involvement on my end

if you know you can get solid rentals for at least the 1% rule (or whatever your metrics are), then you need to be able to match that with your current residence, otherwise your money could be put to better use. 

OOS investor looking to find a partnership with a solid GC in the Indianapolis market.

@Antony Charlier I know that you are eager to get started but I would not rush into anything too quickly with out having a solid foundation/ understanding of what you are getting into.
