I find in certain parts of the country we do business seller concessions have been on going for for many years. its just the norm in areas of the mid west and deep south where you have folks that simply wont qualify any other way than to have seller assist ( which is what they call it).

You can’t just take money out of the country.  

No lender fees.No consulting fees.No research fees.NOT A F---ING DIME.They can take their fees at closing and if they are professionals they should be able to take their fees at closing.I have personally seen these "fund sourcing" company people leave the country for the UK or other places when the heat was on.

I can be enticed to visit other parts of the country and the world, but plan on coming back here.

We are forming a LLC and thinking of starting to pick up properties all over the city.He lives on Country club blvd but that's not in our budget to pick up houses for investment or flips.Will keep the thread posted.

Are there any countries that really have this type of market condition available now?

It went from Country Wide to B of A to some off brand lender now.

Banks finance the vast majority of real estate purchases in this country.

IREM has cost survey books available for multi unit buildings broken down by size and area of the country.
