Since you have ties to Florida I would highly encourage looking into SWFL (Cape coral, Naples, ft Myers etc.) where the price points are a bit lower.

So do you discuss the consistency and color of your bowel movements while sitting at the middle of a restaurant?

I would avoid colors for towels.

The crime map color is the same as my South side property where crime is reported all the time.

I’ve also spent a lot of time on the gulf coast, but property is a little hot in Cape Coral, AMI, and south.
