I house hacked at 24 while getting my Masters Degree, had some options to sell at a great high point, didn't because of all of the memories that I had there for celebrations with my late mother, ect. and ended up having to hold onto the property for much longer during the downtimes ect.

Currently, I'm living in Winter park, Colorado where I'm a ski Instructor, for the season, this summer I'll be moving to Denver to start my full time job consulting.Any advice or connections would be greatly appreciated!!

For the cape vacation rentals, having a shorter season isn’t necessarily a bad thing because you’re going to do the vast majority of your rental income in the summer, anyways.
