that should have been red flags big time, leave a note on the door that you need to meet to go over the lease or he will be evicted, keep all records of every time you tried to contact him.

Beautiful homes up there, I cringe whenever I hear somebody chops these up for condos... there are people out there who would love to make it a primary residence, and will pay the pretty penny to do it.Fix it up and sell and/or rent to a single family for the true value of the home.

The red blotch on the lower left tile was the lighting not a defect. 

I've seen beautiful dark grey kitchens and baths while showing homes to clients.I've never even SEEN beautiful and brown in the same sentence, until just now...White or another color.

This question would set off all sorts of red flags if I was investing with you.
