It takes a certain amount of years of experience and back ground to even remotely be successful in the note business...

I am a realtor in PA and I have a couple properties here (PA) and AZ (just a little background info on me). 

I look it over and if it isn't horrible, then I base my decision on the rest of the background check. 

Background: I bought two houses last year in a Class C- neighborhood and quickly rented them out.  

I have a background in rehabbing homes for investors out of town (ran a small company a few year back).

You have some business background because you work for him.That's just my thoughts, I think everything happens for a reason and the fact that this job landed in your lap before you even know what it entailed could be a sign.

Not the people who are trying to elevate themselves beyond their familial background.

- Do you use a program such as Rentalutions or EasyRent to secure the application, perform background and credit checks, and collect rent?

(I've only managed to get half way through episode 46 and have learned more about investing and real estate in the last week listing to them than I have in the last 10).Any way lest move on to my investing background or lack their of.
