It's a ski town in the winter and a hiking, mountain biking, zip lining community in the summer.

In Detroit the zip code is going to be one of the largest factors.

That is really the only things that change around and effect the cost of the insurance.Property/auto insurance rates are very cyclical. meaning that this year Allstate may be the most cost effective for your property in your zip code, but next year it is going to be liberty mutual, in 3 years it is going to be nationwide and in 5-7 years all state is going to be the cheapest again. 

Both homes have the same price:NE Fresno, zip 93730 is a rich area: Home is a smaller 3-bedroom SFR, though larger lot, associated with Clovis North High school, which is ranked 10/10.Clovis 93619: is a larger 4-bedroom, smaller lot, gated community, associated with Buchanan High School, ranked 9/10.

They’re still very cheap (40-80k) relatively speaking.There are lots of good areas but you can’t generalize Memphis by zip code.

Unsure on the zip code grading level (44120) but from the optics, it appears to be in the C to B- range, however, as with most things in life, grading scales are relative.
