The property is in really bad shape I think it needs a roof and floors. it also has wood paneling throughout the entire house.

@Kevin Roy I think you are only required to keep tax revords for 3 years so the first rental period in no longer of record...as if it never happened.

I work in pest control and block houses are just as likely to get termites but wood frame houses just have a lot more wood to eat. 

Depends on what the eviction process is like in your neck of the woods I guess.

@Joe Wood When you last turned over the unit were applicants concerned with this as well. if so then i might do it in an effort to make the unit more attractive to future renters. look for the rocks used on facebook marketplace or craigslist from someone possibly giving them away free or cheap.
