Usually prescreening takes you from 200 contacts down to a couple of dozen that actually show up and then down from 40 applications down to a couple that are actually worth your time considering....Prescreening gets rid of the unqualified tire kickers.... it doesn't typically make your applications go UP....

We did say noToday she say return all my rent + security or pay my medical bills. with new story of mold and health issues + job issues.11. bottom line i have all the email communication to show that she is trying to find a reason to make money from landlord. 12. she has 10 months on the lease, can you suggest how can i get rid of this tenant.

There was a lot of interest in this property, but by screening people over the phone and being clear about what my renting qualifications were, I got rid of a lot of tire kickers or people that would never qualify.Rehab Plan- I decided to focus on the upstairs, which held all four bedrooms.

To spend more time and money on something with already-thin margins seems like a bad deal.I'd cut bait, try to wholesale it to another investor and hope to break even or write off the loss on my taxes for 2019 (if you could get rid of it in a week), and move onto the next deal.

The building itself needs vinyl on the outside so I know that will alleviate the outside as far as getting rid of the lead paint.
