Ray I 100% believe mainland and downtown are set for disaster with 18,000 new condos coming on line but I do believe the super prime real estate like mine in south of fifth within 1 block of 3 of the top 10 grossing restaurants in the US: Joe's,Prime 112,Milo's and amongst the most expensive condos in the city while being relatively cheap at 1/4 or 1/5th of the price per ft of the continuum or apogee will be fine.

I got into real estate while in college when I was introduced to the rich dad poor dad series, so during my last year of college I bought a four residential rental unit with one store front building, which I planned to have a restaurant in and rent the four units out to pay for all of the expenses related to the property.
