I feel like I have to be on the defensive ever since I've started posting just a week or so ago (it's a situation where I was trying to help a different investor by showing him a website I have, explaining "subject to," which can be used to educate sellers, but it was viewed as "advertising" and I was scolded by about 8 different people, including Joshua Dorkin himself.

Joshua Briscoe if you are thinking of taking a loan out of your 403b, look into the rules at your employer, they may not let you make contributions if you take a loan....though you will be making loan payments that will be paying back the money into your 403 it may not be matched.
