I am expanding my education on financing a renovation to rent out && hopefully cash flow.

I am really loving the idea of moving into a multi family to get started and expand from there but really sticking the buy and hold rentals for now.I'll drive around and look for properties and use the MLS. 

It is fascinating to see MGH, founded in 1811, unveil it's 1,000,000 Sq Ft expansion plan that will expand inpatient and specialty care capacity for decades to come.

He got his agent's license his 2nd year at university, worked and studied part time, and by the time he graduated he had his own property management business (since expanded into short term management).

Why did cities think they have the right to tell people how to rent out their homes because the government doesn't do enough to expand housing stock?

RussI'm curious to know what the "various circumstances" are that have you locked in, as well as so much earnest money on the deal, and (apparently) no financing contingency despite the fact it's being bought with a loan - can you expand on these? 

We are always trying to expand our network of good contractors, bonus if they are investor friendly.

While I’d like to stay in one particular market to learn the house values there, this is mainly for ‘learning to analyze’ and getting good at it so depending on what’s available my radius of search results may expand rapidly.In 1 Year: Armed with the knowledge of roughly 30 books (depending on what life throws at me because REALISTICALLY; I am having a kid…), a ton of life-experience stories from podcasts, the constant practice of analyzing properties and having a basic understanding of home values in a specific area, NOW will be the time to start visiting homes with realtors for purchasing.

I joined really hoping to talk to more people already doing what I would like, and just expand my knowledge and meet some amazing people along the way.
