Clear all this with your lender and attorney, but you are S.O.L You need to be in within 60-days.

If you have a competent attorney that is dead set on piercing the veil of the LLC to get to your personal assets, they in most cases can find a way to do it.

It is attorney approved and has closed over 500 deals. 

RyanThis is the advice I received from my attorney and Title company regarding this very issue which I questioned last year;As with a trust, lenders do not exercise the "due on transfer/sale" clause when real property is transferred to the same individuals in an official capacity (i.e.

I thought that as an attorney state the sellers attorney is signing off on clear title.  

I have questions along these lines.If everyone thinks its prudent to contact a Seattle rental attorney or similar, I could go that route too.  

Best way is to find attorney to draft a mortgage and promissory note which outlines all the terms.

I am also a lawyer so secured notes don't scare me either as long as they are local, because I can foreclose on my own liens and I'll end up making more money in attorney fees than my original payout.
