As long as the banks will continue to lend us to build our fourplexes we are forging ahead..we live in a stable area in Texas, we have 2FT employees, I still work FT as a nurse.. 10X rule;)

@Stephanie PotterI have been up front with my lender, she knows what we are trying to accomplish.Since then we have been able to work things out properly.She even says she can help me with a re-fi when that times comes, and has even gone over those fees.Thank you for your feedback.

My investing partner does not think we need to budget for Cap Ex yet because we are making a lot of heavy repairs from the start and she wants that extra cash flow to roll into future properties.
