I recently sold an investment property to an investor in Point Breeze (18ft wide, 1500 sq ft with 4 beds 2 baths) that needed to be reframed and have everything redone.

Opinions do very widely on this, but in my view the SoCal markets are very difficult.

I think you should,but vet any company that you are thinking about working with and keep your eyes wide open.

The ratio of rent to cost of duplex or triplex are not as wide as other bigger cities.  

I don't really know what C+ means to you, so it's hard to gauge from that angle. 

Hi NA Onyido  There is no formal industry-wide definition of what a turnkey investment is.  

So I'd like to have a relationship with the right insurance company that provides the right cover, at a reasonable value (i rate value over cost) who eventually will over time learn I'm a good customer and will turn on a dime to meet my needs.What insurances have you found you need, who is the insurer and are you happy.I'm not an insurance agent, I'm an insurance consumer but I thought getting a wide range of answers would provide a better answer - thank guys.Gerry
