Is Northwestern Chicago a good university?

For $40K, I'd go get a business degree at a state university or online...and take a real estate exam course.

At the end of this year, we're planning on buying in either Denton or Plano (or Richardson) due to the location of UNT and University of Texas at Dallas.

Also keep in mind BP is Anti paid training for virtually any real estate.And Nick through various associations may have done 8k deals over the last 2 decades I know I funding probably 1500 of them or so.
